Restorative Yoga for Post-Traumatic Stress

This video is designed as a half-hour restorative practice, providing restful poses that reintegrate the body and the breath. Standard household props may be used to support the practitioner throughout the class. Focused on deep relaxation and opening the body by altering the flow of blood and lymph fluids in the body, the restorative practice will promote both good health and a supportive environment for total relaxation.
